In March 2015, Bouygues Development was selected by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) & Bristol City Council (BCC) as their preferred development partner to bring forward a residential-led regeneration of the former Central Ambulance Station site in Bristol.

The brief was for a high-density, residential-led scheme delivering at least 250 new homes, which should consider the inclusion of a tall tower. The development needed to be high quality and seek to deliver affordable homes.

The proposal would bring 375 much-needed new homes, including low-rent affordable and shared ownership homes, as well as secure, longer-term, well-managed private homes to rent.
